If you want to avoid having swollen and bleeding hemorrhoids, you can conduct hemorrhoid exercises. Hemorrhoid exercises are also called Kegel exercises and basically, they improve the muscle walls of your digestive tract.

Most pregnant women do these exercises to strengthen their vaginal muscles in preparation for giving birth. All you have to do is to pretend that you’re trying to hold your urine for a few seconds before letting go. You can repeat this several times within the day to strengthen the muscles of your digestive tract.
