Protruding Hemorrhoid
A protruding hemorrhoid usually occurs when you’ve forced a hard stool out of your system through the delicate anal canal. While this medical complication is more common in people ages 45 and up, this can also happen to individuals much younger, depending on their digestive health.
When a person’s protruding hemorrhoid isn’t constantly bleeding, it can be easily treated with an over-the-counter ointment or gel. However, it’s still advisable for you to see a surgeon or a physician when the swelling and bleeding of your hemorrhoid recurs.
To avoid the swelling and bleeding of your hemorrhoid from coming back, you should do your best to include an ample amount of fiber in your diet. Constipation is caused by an imbalance in the vitamins and nutrients that you get daily. Without enough fiber, you’ll be suffering from constipation all the time.
